Slashe, founded in 2013, is an innovative company known for revolutionizing video monetization. As a prominent player in the French TECH scene, Slashe has received multiple awards and recognitions. In 2015, it was honored as the European Startup of the Year, followed by prestigious awards such as Red Herring Europe and Red Herring Global. These accolades place Slashe in the same league as tech giants like Alibaba and Facebook, who also received similar recognition during their early stages. Slashe's pioneering approach to video monetization has cemented its status as a trailblazing company in the industry.

I am still actively working on this project. In the meantime, I launched a food delivery service in 2019, followed by a production company in 2023. These ventures have allowed me to master the latest tools and gain experience in product distribution and large-scale television production.

COVIE was created in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic with the initial goal of assisting local businesses, restaurants, and supermarkets in maintaining their operations during lockdowns. I built the website from scratch and successfully grew the customer base from zero to 2,600 clients. The platform achieved impressive monthly growth, with a gross merchandise volume increase of over 26.5% per month and a 70% rate of recurring customers.

One of the key innovations introduced was a unique cashback system that contributed to a 10% increase in the average order value. This innovative cashback system also outperformed traditional Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, with a 2X higher impact on customer behavior.

Remarkably, COVIE was successfully sold just two years after its inception, demonstrating its value and potential in the market.

Sweetisland Productions, founded in 2021, is a dynamic company specializing in music production and television programming. The company has achieved remarkable milestones, including the creation of a captivating theme song for a French television series broadcasted on France 2. Sweetisland Productions also produced an entire album that gained recognition and was aired on Aircalin, a subsidiary of Air France, reaching a diverse audience. In addition, the company successfully produced and televised an exciting Crossfit competition set in New Caledonia, broadcasted on France Télévisions. These achievements reflect Sweetisland Productions' commitment to delivering outstanding content in both the music and television industries.
